Laser cutting and splitting machineUsing high-performance infrared picosecond laser for cutting, the laser has ultra-high peak power, ultra narrow pulse width, and high pulse stability. Equipped with a precision cutting head, the focused spot is small, and the product incision is only 2-3 μ m. It is specifically designed for cutting transparent brittle materials and can achieve a one size fits all solution for ultra thick glass.

Adopting high-performance imported high-power CO2 laser for splitting, CO2 has correlation number, good beam quality, high efficiency, separates cutting trajectory lines, and the product edges are smooth after splitting.

Adopting a high-precision linear motor platform and a fully closed-loop grating detection control system, the positioning and repeatability accuracy of the machine tool are ensured. Paired with 2X/2Y interactive dual workbenches, the waiting time for loading and unloading is reduced, and the machining table can reach 410 * 420mm. The overall performance of the machine is stable, ensuring stable and efficient production. It is equipped with an industrial dedicated industrial control computer, and the entire process is automatically controlled by computer software, making operation simple.

Equipped with a high pixel CCD camera, it has automatic image recognition and high-precision image positioning functions, and can capture various Mark marks (targets: circular crosses), as well as co built corners, chamfers, drilling holes, etc.

The machine base, designed with a high rigidity structure, natural marble and square tube structure with shock-absorbing machine foot cups, can not only reduce the inertial vibration generated during the start/stop and acceleration processes of the worktable, but also effectively prevent stress deformation of the bed caused by temperature differences due to climate change.
