(2) The temperature sensor uses Pt1000 platinum resistance paired with a high-precision AD circuit to achieve high-precision temperature measurement.

(3) The MCU adopts the MSP430 series ultra-low power microprocessor from TI in the United States, which has strong functions, low power consumption, and strong electromagnetic interference resistance.

(4) It has self diagnosis, fault display, and power-off data protection functions. When the heat meter accidentally malfunctions, it displays a fault code and automatically saves the current data.

(5) Adopting LCD display, displaying complete and accurate data, and reading data conveniently and quickly. Real time clock design to achieve date recording and display functions.

(6) Powered by 24V/220V, both AC and DC can be used.

The data operation display is simple and convenient to use, and the operation is mainly completed by a single button. With each light press of the button, the display content switches once. After switching to the last item, it starts again and the display stays on the last switch. The switching sequence is: heat, inlet temperature, outlet temperature, temperature difference, instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, and cumulative heat. Under normal working conditions, press the button for 5 seconds to automatically enter the calibration state. After entering the verification state, the first display is flow verification. Press the button again to display the content of heat verification. Press the button again to exit the verification state. The verification status will automatically exit after 30 minutes and enter normal use mode.

All components of the heat meter (including flow tube section components, temperature sensors, and integral calculation components) should be installed in a location that avoids exposure to sunlight, flooding, freezing, chemical and electromagnetic pollution, and is convenient for disassembly and meter reading.
