Product Introduction
The side mounted eccentric hemispherical valve solves the problems of sedimentation, scaling, and blockage of slurry, mixed flow liquids, dust, and other media in pipeline transportation in industrial production, which makes the valve difficult to close. The switch is lightweight, and when turned on, the ball is detached from the housing without any contact. The starting torque is small and the rotation is flexible. When closed, the squeezing and cutting effect between the hemisphere and the valve seat can remove dirt on the sealing surface, allowing the valve to open and close smoothly with good sealing performance. The eccentric structure of the sealing surface enables the spherical surface to automatically compensate for wear and maintain the sealing of the valve, resulting in a long service life. The structural design of the side mounted eccentric hemispherical valve has the advantages of easy operation, frictionless opening process, zero leakage, and long service life. In industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and gas, it is an upgraded product of gate valves, globe valves, Y-shaped valves, and ball valves. At present, it is popular in coal powder injection in the steel industry, slurry, mother liquor, and alumina powder transportation in the alumina industry, hydraulic (or dry) ash removal in the power industry, petrochemical industry, gas industry, and other occasions.
