Integrating assembly, dust removal, and film application, it has strong versatility, convenient production, and easy operation;
This equipment is mainly designed for the assembly of lamp cups, lenses, lens dust removal, and film application in the optical industry to avoid secondary pollution caused by manual operations. It uses a robotic arm for automatic feeding and positioning, ensuring efficient production capacity and stable production quality.
The electronic control system is composed of PLC, precision components, and fiber optic sensors. The equipment is stable and supports long-term continuous operation;
Working process:
By using a robotic arm to transfer the lens from the material storage bin to the positioning fixture, a secondary positioning is carried out through the positioning fixture. After positioning, the robotic arm is linked to remove the lens from the positioning fixture and automatically assemble it onto the lamp cup. Then, the multi station splitter drives the turntable to send the assembled lamp cup to the next station for automatic film coating. The entire process is continuously linked to maximize production capacity.
