Laibao oil pump

Laibao oil pump belongs to the oil sealed single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump. The anti backflow oil valve, gas damper (optional), exhaust port filter, oil return circuit, and oil cooling oil are all integrated functional components. This series of pumps is driven by a motor connected by a flange.

The rotor is eccentrically installed in the pump cylinder (stator) and has three rotor blades that divide the pump chamber into multiple compartments. The volume of these compartments will change with the rotation of the rotor.

When the rotor rotates, the intake part of the pump chamber expands through the intake port and sucks in gas. Gas enters the pump chamber through a filter and an open anti backflow valve. When the rotor rotates, the rotor separates a portion of the pump chamber from the intake port. This part of the pump chamber space becomes smaller, and the gas is compressed. When the pressure is slightly higher than atmospheric pressure, gas is discharged from the pump chamber through the exhaust valve.

The oil injected into the pump chamber has the functions of sealing, lubricating, and cooling the pump. Crude particles are trapped in the fuel tank due to the deviation of oil and compressed gas. Fine filtering of oil in the exhaust filter element reduces the proportion of oil in the exhaust gas below the visibility threshold (retention rate exceeding 99.9%).

The oil trapped in the exhaust filter flows back to the intake chamber through the oil recovery pipeline. In order to prevent gas from flowing into the inlet from the storage tank under atmospheric pressure, the oil recovery pipeline is controlled by a floating valve.

The oil circulation is maintained by the pressure difference between the fuel tank (pressure greater than or equal to atmospheric pressure) and the intake port (pressure less than atmospheric pressure).

The fan running on the pump shaft generates the necessary cooling air. The oil is cooled by the radiator. In addition, a water-cooled pump with an oil-water heat exchanger is also provided (as a specific modification).

By opening the airlock valve, a certain amount of air (airlock) will enter the pump chamber. When extracting condensable gases or vapors, this gas damper can prevent condensation (up to the allowable pressure of water vapor in page 11 of the technical parameters).

Standard gas town (7m3/h). This gas town corresponds to the most important part of the application.

As a modification or accessory, the large gas town (18m3/h) is suitable for applications where more condensable gas vapors may enter the pump.

Gas town with solenoid valve (6m3/h). This kit is suitable for installation on the pump and drives the gas ballast by using a 24V DC solenoid valve

The gas flow rate is indicated and effective at the maximum pressure.

The anti backflow oil valve can prevent accidental exhaust of the vacuum chamber and oil backflow when the pump is stopped. All necessary measures must be taken

In applications that prevent oil reflux, it is recommended to install a safety valve. Technical parameters refer to the following figure
