The laboratory peristaltic pump is equipped with a 1.8-inch color screen display and adopts a simple three button operation, making it convenient for users to set and adjust parameters. It adopts a 57 closed-loop stepper motor, which has the characteristics of precise control, low noise, and low heat generation. The motor life is not less than 6000 hours. In terms of functionality, it supports continuous mode and 485 remote mode operation, and can also be controlled through foot switches. It also has flow calibration function, which can meet various needs such as start stop, direction change, speed regulation, calibration, suction back, and power-off memory.

    • Adopting a 57 closed-loop stepper motor, the control is precise, with a speed range of 0.1-150 revolutions per minute and an adjustable resolution of 0.1 revolutions per minute, which can accurately control the fluid transmission volume.

    • It has the characteristics of small volume and high flow rate, with a size of 111x186x154mm and a weight of about 2.13Kg. When paired with different pump tubes, the maximum reference flow rate can reach 650ml/min (S18 silicone tube).

    • Low working noise, reference noise value ≤ 48dB (testing environment is at a horizontal distance of 0.5 meters between the product and the noise meter), low heat generation, and stable operation.

  • PharMed BPT pipe (code B)Good resistance to general chemicals, excellent acid, alkali, and oxide resistance, opaque and UV resistant product, helps protect sensitive liquids, working temperature range -60 ℃~135 ℃, compliant with RoHS standards.
