(1) KC-400S Intelligent Drug Management Cabinet is an intelligent storage cabinet launched by Shanghai Yexuan Information for laboratories in the chemical, materials, medical, environmental, education, pharmaceutical, inspection and testing industries. It is used for the supervision of chemicals, drugs, samples and other items. Equipped with RFID recognition technology to automatically record the collection and return information of reagents, samples, etc., forming an electronic ledger, effectively solving the drawbacks of manual ledger management;

(2) In conjunction with other IoT technologies, including temperature control systems, environmental monitoring systems, video surveillance cameras, and intelligent lock control systems, to achieve cabinet environment monitoring, operation image recording, and door opening and closing recording. Real time recording and management of users, usage environment, and usage behavior to ensure chemical safety and data traceability.

(3) KC-400S intelligent drug management cabinet has temperature control function (supporting two modes of refrigeration and freezing, with refrigeration at 0 ℃~8 ℃ and freezing at -20 ℃), and is encapsulated with corrosion-resistant materials inside to support the management of various chemical reagents and biological samples that require refrigeration, ensuring the safe storage of items that require refrigeration and freezing.

1. Equipment cabinet: Made of 1.2mm sheet metal, with foam insulation material and pre coated aluminum plate for excellent insulation.

2. Permission verification: Supports logging into the system through facial recognition, SMS verification code, and one card authentication. The cabinet door can be opened through the control cabinet (or through a mobile device).

3. Corrosion resistance: The interior of the cabinet is fully encapsulated with PP corrosion-resistant material to ensure that the smart cabinet is fully covered and can effectively resist corrosion from acidic and alkaline chemicals.

4. Cabinet door lock: a physical and electronic control integrated lock that meets the requirements of public security supervision and has anti-theft and robbery functions. After logging into the system through permission verification, the door can be opened and closed to trigger intelligent hazardous chemical cabinet inventory. Equipped with a mechanical key as a backup, the door can be opened with a physical key in case of power failure or network disconnection.

5. RFID equipment: The equipment meets the requirements of GB/T29768-2013 Information Technology Radio Frequency Identification 800/900MHz Air Interface Protocol, with a frequency range of 920-925MHz in China; Automatically recognize the entry and exit of reagents without the need for manual scanning.

6. Video camera: The top of the cabinet is equipped with a 4 million high-definition camera, which supports shooting related door opening information triggered by door opening; Support motion detection and shooting, with infrared night working mode; View video recordings through the smart cabinet front-end and management back-end.

7. Temperature control: It has temperature control function and supports two modes: refrigeration and freezing. Refrigeration is between 0 ℃ and 8 ℃; Freeze at -20 ℃. Support the management of chemical reagents and biological samples that require refrigeration, ensuring the safe storage of items that require refrigeration and freezing.

8. Equipment self check: The system automatically detects all hardware devices inside the smart cabinet, monitors RFID devices/smart locks/networks/temperature and humidity sensors in real time, and alerts in case of abnormal situations;

9. Offline mode: Equipped with a built-in UPS device, the device will switch to the UPS device in the event of a power outage for a second battery life (with a battery life greater than one hour, which can be configured as needed), and the power outage alarm information will be sent to the administrator; In the event of a network outage, the intelligent hazardous chemical cabinet enters offline working mode and can be used offline. After the network is restored, data repair can be carried out.

10. Hazardous Chemicals Database: The system has a built-in MSDS database for over 2800 controlled hazardous chemicals and a built-in hazardous chemical storage taboo database, which can be used for querying, printing, and data retrieval.
