Combining the new design features of the Esco LabcultureA2 biosafety cabinet (E series) certified by NSF International, Labculture ® The design purpose of the B2 type biosafety cabinet (E series) (full external exhaust system) is to provide effective protection for operators, samples, and the environment in the event of blocked gas recirculation during experiments. However, the blockage of the filtered gas recirculation is likely due to the presence of toxic chemical gases released during the experiment. Chemical gases cannot be trapped by filters, and if toxic gases are recycled back into the laboratory, it can endanger the safety of operators. Therefore, the B2 type biosafety cabinet (E series) transports toxic gases to external exhaust fans through exhaust pipes and then discharges them outside the laboratory. The design concept of A2 and B2 biosafety cabinets is similar, and B2 biosafety cabinet is more suitable for any experimental work involving biosafety protection level.
