Magnetic filter
If the medium contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be installed at the inlet of the flow meter. The magnetic filter is equipped with magnetic rods arranged in a spiral manner to reduce pressure loss. Each magnetic rod is wrapped in PTFE polyethylene to prevent corrosion.
Type I: Flange connection, height 100mm
Type II: Compression installation, height 50mm
damper
If the inlet flow rate (pressure) of the instrument is unstable, a high-tech damping device can be installed on the measuring component for measuring clean gases to ensure long-term stable and reliable use.
For gases with small particles or dust, it is not suitable to use dampers. In this case, to ensure normal operation, it is required that the inlet pressure be greater than 5 times the instrument pressure loss. For DN15 caliber, a pressure regulator (constant current regulator) can also be used to stabilize the flow rate.
