This product is specially developed for high-quality NDIR gas analysis instruments, which can simultaneously measure SO ₂, NO, CO compounds, and can be customized to expand the measurement of N ₂ O, CO ₂, CH ₄, HC compounds and other VOCs, odorous gases with infrared absorption characteristics according to customer needs. principle

The module adopts the principle of non dispersive infrared absorption method, consisting of a wide spectral range infrared radiation source, a gas chamber, a detector, and a signal control and processing circuit. The gas concentration is analyzed by detecting the light intensity attenuation before and after gas absorption. The module adopts a high-performance broadband infrared radiation light source and a newly designed multiple reflection long path infrared gas chamber, achieving high stability and low detection limit. Compared with imported modules, it has a smaller size under the same detection limit index, making it easy to integrate into various gas analyzers; The optical path of the gas chamber can be customized, and the inner wall of the gas chamber does not affect the optical process, making the optical path more stable and the measurement results more reliable.
