Overview

The LWZQ series gas turbine flowmeter is a precision measuring instrument used for gas flow measurement. It has the characteristics of low pressure loss, high accuracy, low starting flow rate, good anti vibration and anti pulsating flow performance, and wide range ratio. The LWZQ series gas turbine flowmeter considers the compressibility of gas, and the volume is closely related to the temperature and pressure of the medium. Therefore, temperature and pressure sensors are added to track the temperature and pressure changes of the medium, directly converting the operating flow rate into the standard flow rate, ensuring the accuracy of measurement. The LWZQ series gas turbine flowmeter can be used to measure basic clean and low viscosity gases, such as air, natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas, gas gas, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc; It can be widely used in gas metering and gas pressure regulating stations for petroleum, chemical, power, industrial boilers, natural gas transmission and distribution networks, urban gas metering, and other fields.

Product Details

A flow meter consists of two parts: a gas turbine flow meter base meter and an accumulator,The base table includes important functional components such as the body, rectifier, turbine, temperature sensor, magnetic switch sensor, pressure sensor, etc.When the fluid flows into the flowmeter, it is rectified and accelerated by an integrated two-stage rectifier, and then acts on the turbine blades at a certain angle to the flow direction. Under the action of fluid, due to the angle between the turbine blades and the fluid flow direction, the turbine generates rotational torque, which begins to rotate after overcoming the resistance torque and friction torque. When the torque reaches equilibrium, the rotational speed remains constant, and the angular velocity of the turbine is linearly related to the flow rate. By utilizing the principle of electromagnetic induction, a rotating turbine drives the top magnetic field of the signal generator to periodically change its magnetic resistance, causing a corresponding change in the magnetic field, thereby inducing a pulse signal proportional to the fluid volume flow rate. The signal is amplified by a preamplifier, shaped, and input into the flow integrator along with the pressure and temperature signals detected by the pressure sensor and temperature sensor for calculation. It is then converted into a flow value and directly displays the standard instantaneous volume flow rate and total volume.Can output pulse signals for working conditions and standard conditions4-20mA、RS485、ICMultiple signals such as card signals.The instrument adopts built-in lithium battery and external 24V DC supplyDual power supply mode,When the user does not require any output signal function, there is no need to supply the instrument with 24VDC external power. The instrument automatically switches to the built-in lithium battery power supply, and the battery can work continuously for more than 3 years. 13. Electrical protection

a. Dual isolation of internal power supply: The DC24V power supply terminal is isolated from the chassis and internal processing circuit, and can withstand a one minute impact of DC500V.

b. The DC24V power supply terminal is resistant to strong interference shocks of ± 500V and 10ms.

c. RS485/RS232 communication is isolated from the DC24V power supply terminal and the chassis, and can withstand a one minute impact of DC500V.

d. The DC3.6V power supply terminal can prevent misconnection of ± 24V power supply and withstand strong interference impact of ± 500V for 10ms.

e. The RS-485 communication port has transient voltage suppression function, lightning protection, and anti-static discharge impact resistance.

f. The two-wire current circuit can withstand strong interference shocks of 500V and 10ms.
