LUMEX complex sample mercury analysis unit Pyro-915+applies pyrolysis technology to directly analyze mercury content in food, biological tissues, mineral fuels, and other complex samples (without any pre-treatment process). The controllable temperature program and multi sample operation mode of the pyrolysis chamber unit ensure optimized sample detection. LUMEX Complex Sample Mercury Analysis Unit Pyro-915+Product Application Environment Detection: Analyze soil, sediment, organisms, ambient air, surface water and wastewater, sediment, etc. Petroleum and natural gas: Analyze hydrocarbon gas, crude oil, natural gas, liquefied natural gas, formation water and wastewater discharge source monitoring: Analyze flue gas, fly ash, fuel (coal and coal slurry, etc.), cement, adsorbent Food Security: Analyze various food samples, including meat, milk, vegetables, alcoholic beverages, etc. Chemical production: Used for process control, quality control and catalyst production Occupational security: Work environment monitoring, waste treatment, incoming air, urine samples, hair and blood sample analysis
Product principle
Pyro-915+attachment uses thermal analysis technology (compliant with EPA 7473 method) to convert mercury in the sample into elemental mercury, and then uses Zeeman background correction technology to analyze and quantify the absorption of 254nm resonance radiation by mercury atomic vapor.
Product Features
♢ Adopting Zeeman background correction technology, there is no need for gold amalgam enrichment, reducing the impact of temperature, component wear and other factors on detection accuracy, thereby improving detection accuracy and stability
♢ Fully comply with the American EPA30B flue gas mercury analysis and testing methods and standards
Fast detection and analysis speed, with a single sample detection time of less than 2 minutes
The mercury detection range is wide, reaching more than five orders of magnitude
Samples (including complex samples with severe background interference) do not require pre-treatment and can be directly injected
♢ Measure complex samples, with eight built-in pyrolysis analysis modes in the attachment for analyzing different types of samples
The detection limit for measuring solid samples can be as low as 0.5 ppb
♢ No need for expensive consumables (such as gold wire capture tubes and compressed carrier gases), low subsequent usage costs
♢ It can continuously monitor the mercury content in the air for a long time, and the monitoring air has an extremely low detection limit, with a low detection limit of 0.5 ng/m3 (response time of 10 seconds) and a real-time detection limit of up to 2ng/m3 (response time of 1 second)
♢ Lightweight and portable, no need to carry bulky gas cylinders and power sources for field monitoring
