LTmag TC intelligent ceramic electromagnetic flowmeter is an electromagnetic flowmeter with a ceramic tube composite structure and an integrated sintered electrode structure with a sheath, used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, metallurgy, and light industry to measure wastewater, mud, pulp, various acid and salt solutions, food slurries, etc., especially in high-pressure water injection and polymer injection projects in oil fields.

Product Details

The electromagnetic flow sensor is installed on the pipeline, and the converter is installed on the sensor. After the converter is powered on, it generates an alternating magnetic field by providing low-frequency three state constant excitation to the sensor. When the conductive liquid flows through the conduit, an induced electromotive force E proportional to the flow velocity is generated on the two electrodes. After embedded hardware circuit conversion and data processing, the instantaneous flow rate (m3/h) and cumulative flow rate (m3) are displayed. The converter has both 4-20mA DC, 2KHz frequency output, and RS485 communication interface.
