When the measured medium flows through the intelligent flow control device, the flow meter obtains a flow signal proportional to the volume of the fluid through the corresponding flow sensor (magneto electric flow meter sensor or turbine flow sensor). After amplification, filtering, and shaping, the signal is converted into a pulse digital signal, which is then processed and directly displayed on the LCD screen for flow rate and total volume. At the same time, the mainline pressure can be obtained through pressure sensors or pressure transmitters as needed.
During use, the user sets the flow rate or pressure value through buttons, and the controller compares the instantaneous flow rate or pressure value with the set flow rate or pressure value. If the difference is greater than the range specified by the dead zone, the controller will issue a command to drive the motor to rotate forward or backward to adjust the valve, so that the instantaneous flow rate or pressure value approaches or equals the set flow rate or pressure value. So as to automatically achieve 24-hour stable current or voltage control.

Selection Guide (Instructions for Filling out Selection Feedback Form):
1. Type of flow integrator: The flow integrator is paired with a sensor to form a flow meter. According to the requirements of the user's usage scenario, whether to equip different types of explosion-proof calculators.
2. Structural type: refers to the horizontal or right angle installation method of the flow device.
3. Actual inner diameter of pipeline: refers to the actual inner diameter of the user's process pipeline.
4. Nominal diameter: refers to the nominal diameter of the flow meter selected by the user.
5. Measurement medium: refers to the medium measured inside the user's pipeline.
6. Minimum flow rate: refers to the minimum flow rate (unit: m3/h) at which the user measures the medium inside the pipeline.
7. Maximum flow rate: refers to the maximum flow rate (unit: m3/h) at which the user measures the medium inside the pipeline.
8. Medium pressure: refers to the measured medium pressure inside the user's pipeline.
9. Medium temperature: refers to the temperature of the medium measured inside the user's pipeline.
10. Accuracy level: The basic error of an instrument during the measurement process. Level 0, 5 (error<± 0.5%), Level 1, 0 (error<± 1.0%), Level 1, 5 (error<± 1.5%).
11. Connection method with pipeline: refers to the connection method between the flowmeter and the user's process pipeline. Flange type and clamp type can be used with diameters ranging from DN25 to DN50, with pressure levels of 0 and 6 MPa to 42 MPa.
12. Power supply: refers to the power supply method of the flowmeter device.
13. Output signal: It is a collection and transmission method used for connecting instruments and user computer systems. On site display means there is no need to connect to a computer.

The product warranty period is twelve months from the date of production. For products with quality issues (excluding human factors), our company is responsible for free repair or replacement during the warranty period; If the product warranty period expires for more than twelve months, our company will be responsible for repairing and charging production costs.
3. On site debugging and maintenance:
According to customer requirements, respond within 1 hour; And provide on-site services within 24 hours or as agreed upon by both parties according to actual needs. Provide satisfactory on-site technical services to users. Our company arranges dedicated personnel to provide on-site technical support for engineering supporting products as needed.
4. Regular follow-up visits:
The company implements service area division, with dedicated after-sales engineers conducting regular phone visits every three months to understand the operation of instruments, answer technical questions during product use, and record and archive the follow-up content.
5. User Profile:
From the date of shipment, establish user profiles and technical profiles for each instrument. Responsible by regional service engineers to ensure the normal operation of each instrument.
6. Spare parts:
Service engineers recommend spare parts to users based on the on-site instrument conditions to ensure timely supply.
