Product Overview
LPZ centrifugal spray cooling granulation device is a product with strong practicability and pertinence. It is a special equipment specially designed by our company to "tailor" the cooling granulation of low melting point materials.

Technical features
The specially designed vortex air distributor, based on the basic principles of aerodynamics and fluid dynamics, enhances the mass and heat exchange between cold air and hot melt droplets. At the same time, the system adopts a reverse parallel flow method to ensure that the hot melt droplets are fully and effectively cooled by the cold air, completing the cold granulation process.
The granulation tower adopts a jacket air cooling device to ensure that there is no "hot melt hanging wall" phenomenon of materials on the inner wall of the granulation tower.
The patented "low cap" exhaust structure device ensures that more than 90% of the finished products are collected at the bottom of the granulation tower, with only a small amount of micro powder entering the cyclone separator, reducing the gas-solid separation pressure of the cyclone separator.
All the air entering the granulation tower system is filtered through three stages of primary, medium, and sub high efficiency, with a purification level of over 300000.
The inner wall of the granulation tower, the powder outlet pipeline, and the cyclone separator are made of SUS304/BA mirror stainless steel plates. All welds are treated with argon gas protection welding, and the welds are ground and polished with a polishing accuracy of 0.3 μ, effectively preventing the phenomenon of "powder and material accumulation" in the pipeline. The powder outlet pipeline and cyclone separator are equipped with quick opening cleaning ports, which are easy to disassemble, clean, disinfect and sterilize, fully meeting the requirements of food hygiene.
● The product recovery system is equipped with a special secondary fluidized bed cooling and drying device to cool and dry the micro powder that has completed spray granulation. The finished product after full cooling and drying has good fluidity and low temperature, and can be packaged directly.

This equipment is mainly used for spray cooling granulation of molten chemical materials such as polyethylene grease, paraffin, amino fat, glyceride, rubber and plastic additives, and can meet various requirements of customers for product granularity.

Spray cooling
The cooling process is achieved by introducing sufficient low-temperature air. The molten material is atomized or granulated by a rotary atomizer equipped with a specially designed impeller, or it can be atomized using a pressure nozzle or a dual flow nozzle. Spray cooling is used in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. It is a suitable method to process molten materials into free flowing particles and control particle size.

Characteristics of molten material
When the atomized droplets of molten material come into contact with cooling air, they can be cooled to a solidified state. The condensation process of pure substances occurs under constant temperature conditions formed during the release of curing heat from the product.
Not all melts have a definite solidification point, and phase transition may occur within a temperature range or from the melted phase to an amorphous solid without releasing all the solidification heat, due to the occurrence of an amorphous structural process. Atomized droplets may also be in a sub cooled state below the solidification temperature.
It is important to use data to illustrate the physical properties and solidification performance of the molten material. Based on this, we determine the size of the cooling tower, choose the atomization method, and decide whether to choose gas co flow or counter flow mode during the cooling process. In some cases, the two-stage cooling method can demonstrate advantages.

Design selection

The design selection should also be based on the requirements of finished particle size, which can range from fine particles, coarse particles to ultra coarse particles, and from coarse particles to ultra coarse products.
Optimize cooling energy consumption and product quality

Equipment operating in warm climate may need to dehumidify and cool the air before entering the spray cooler. In order to reduce additional energy consumption, process air is generally recycled to reduce the load of dehumidification and cooling equipment.
The recirculation system is designed to allow gas to be released from the system, and to introduce ambient air. At the same time, there is a certain degree of evaporation accompanied by spray cooling. The multi way air door installed in this circulation system allows the equipment to operate in an open cycle without the need to start dehumidification and cooling equipment, which can reduce operating costs in cold and dry seasons.

Granulation drying is a widely used process for liquid melt materials. ^Suitable for molten liquids and plastic lake like liquids, wax like solids, granular or spherical solid products. Therefore, when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape of the finished product must meet the standards of ^. Granulation drying is an ideal process.

Principle:
The air is cooled by filtering the air surface and enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the granulation tower uniformly in a spiral shape. The material liquid is atomized into liquid droplets by the granulation atomizer at the top of the tower body. The tower body forms a mixed flow of air flow in both forward and reverse directions, increasing heat transfer efficiency. When in contact with cold air, it can solidify and dry into finished products in a very short time. The finished product is continuously dried at the bottom of the tower and output from the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.

Features:
The cooling speed is fast, and the surface area of the molten material is greatly increased after atomization. In the cold air flow, 70%~80% of the heat can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time only takes a few seconds. The product has good uniformity, fluidity, and solubility, high purity, and good quality.
The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. For special materials, the yield rate of 40-80 mesh can reach 85%, and the yield rate of 30-80 mesh can reach 95%. It can be dried into microcapsule products in one go without screening, reducing production processes and improving product purity. The particle size, bulk density, and moisture content of the product can be adjusted within a certain range by changing the operating conditions, making control and management very convenient.
