LQF clamp type corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pump

The LQF clamp type corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pump is carefully designed by our company based on the introduction of equipment, combined with the advantages of corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump structures at home and abroad. It is a new product developed by our company in recent years. This series of pumps has a unique rear connection structure and a new type of built-in mechanical seal, which can adapt to the use of most harsh working conditions.
The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are mainly made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance (ranking first among various plastics), and strong impact resistance. The sealing system of the pump is equipped with a new type of built-in mechanical seal developed by our company. It can transport both acidic and alkaline clear liquids, as well as slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing various impurities. Especially in the transportation of corrosive liquids containing small particles, hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acids, electrolytes, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, and slurry with a concentration of less than 40%, it has shown excellent performance.
This series of pumps is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 100 ℃. After replacing the impeller, pump body, and pump cover with other engineering plastics (soluble polytetrafluoroethylene PFA, perfluoroalkoxy F46, chlorinated polyether), the maximum applicable temperature can reach 160 ℃.

Purpose:
The LQF series pumps are mainly used for various liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, oils, food and beverages, and alcoholic beverages. Specifically applied to various sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkali, oil and other clear liquid or slurry positions in the chemical industry; Various acids, slurries, slurries (for filter presses), electrolytes, wastewater and other media used in the wet smelting of non-ferrous metals, especially lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, cobalt, tungsten, rare earths, etc; Dilute acid (used in acid washing process), mother liquor, hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, seawater, and phosphoric acid slurry in the fertilizer industry; Various types of wastewater (food wastewater, electroplating wastewater, leather wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, papermaking wastewater, textile wastewater, electronic wastewater, etc.) and desulfurization and dust removal in the water treatment and environmental protection industries; Sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid positions in the pickling system of the steel industry; Acid hydrolysis, sedimentation, freezing, hydrolysis, water washing, and salt treatment in the titanium dioxide industry; Acid stations in the chemical fiber industry; Fermentation, neutralization, pressure filtration, wastewater treatment, and black metal manganese industry of citric acid.
