Product Overview:
The LPY vertical oil discharge pump is mainly suitable for transporting petroleum products such as crude oil, gasoline, diesel, and other media with similar physical and chemical properties at temperatures not exceeding 80 ℃. The design and manufacture of this pump comply with the requirements of GB/T3215-1982 "General Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps Used in Refineries, Chemical and Petrochemical Processes". This type of pump (excluding LPY6-25 pump) rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor, while LPY6-25 pump rotates counterclockwise

Structure and characteristics:
LPY type pump is a vertical submersible oil pump, which can be divided into single-stage, two-stage or multi-stage. The multi-stage pump is segmented and the axial force is balanced
Drum balance, the rest use double ring, balance holes balance axial force, and the remaining axial force is generated by the thrust in the bearing components located above the pump seat
Bearings bear. The impeller shaft of this type of pump is supported by excellent sliding bearings located near the impeller and in the middle bearing frame.
This type of pump has the following characteristics:
1. It can simplify the pipeline device of the pump, reduce pipeline accessories such as bends, facilitate installation, and occupy a small area.
2. The Ex explosion-proof motor with explosion-proof rating dIIBT4 is adopted, which has excellent explosion-proof performance and can work outdoors without building a pump room. It can be installed in the dirty oil tank for operation
Significantly reduce infrastructure investment and operating costs.
3. The pump shaft seal adopts excellent mechanical sealing and is directly driven by the motor. It has the characteristics of long service life, high efficiency, and low vibration, and runs smoothly, safely and reliably.
4. Adopting a ternary optimization design, the flow channel is subjected to hydraulic polishing to increase the efficiency of the pump.
5. The impeller is immersed in the pumped liquid, and there is no need to pump it when starting, making it easy for automation control.
