Technical description of the instrument:

An instrument for detecting metal content by extracting detection substances using a method that accelerates wear. This method is used to detect the release of nickel from direct or extended skin contact coatings, and can also be extended to detect other metal substances based on this method.

Place the processed test item and the specified grinding medium (grinding powder or grinding particles) into the drum for rotation, and wear the test item with the grinding medium. After the standard specified time or number of cycles, the wear ends and nickel release is detected according to EN1811 standard requirements.
