    1、 Meet the standards:

    2、 Applicable materials:

    Mainly applicable to solid insulation materials such as wire sleeves, resins and adhesives, impregnated fiber products, mica and its products, plastic films, ceramics, glass, insulation paint, vulcanized rubber, cable paper, insulation paint film, hard rubber, cardboard and other insulation media in air or liquid media, measuring the breakdown strength and withstand voltage time at power frequency (4862Hz) or corresponding DC voltage.

    3、 Basic functions:

    4、 Structural features:
