1. Product Introduction

Our company has independently developed and researched a new type of insulation material, LH1522 irradiated cross-linked silicone rubber self-lubricating tape, based on the demand for insulation materials in the power industry under high and low temperature, high voltage, and strong ultraviolet all-weather conditions, as well as the demand of the domestic aircraft manufacturing and maintenance industry. Through comparative testing and analysis with products from Russia and 3M Company, as well as bench tests conducted by Shenyang Liming Aircraft Manufacturing Company, a national military backbone enterprise, its performance indicators have fully met and partially exceeded those of Russian and 3M products, filling the domestic gap. At present, this product is widely used in the aircraft manufacturing industry, and in the power industry, it is recognized as an innovative and technologically advanced new insulation material and is gradually adopted and used by various levels of power departments. As of now, there have been successful application cases on equipment with voltage levels of 380V, 10kV, 35kV, 110kV, and 220kV.

2. Performance characteristics

Suitable for low or high voltage (distribution network 380V-330kV), indoor or outdoor, the shape of live bare conductors and their contacts can be insulated and protected by winding.

1. High and low temperature resistance, capable of long-term operation at -60~250 ℃;

2. UV resistant, able to work outdoors in sunlight for a long time without aging or cracking;

3. The surface is not coated with any adhesive (the high temperature and UV stability of any adhesive are unstable, and after about a year of operation, the adhesion will be lost and it will peel off. It is ensured through its super strong vacuum adsorption physical properties and good self melting properties that it will not loosen or fall off during long-term operation;

4. Water repellent, anaerobic, flame retardant (self extinguishing after leaving the fire), oxygen index>29;

5. With super strong insulation, breakdown strength of 30kV/mm, this product is 0.8mm thick, suitable for voltage levels of 380V~10kV, and 1.5mm thick, suitable for voltage levels of 35kV~330kV. The insulation effect of 20kV/min can be achieved by overlapping two layers with a thickness of 0.8mm to protect the 10kV voltage level;

6. The operation is extremely simple, without the need for heating or tools;

7. Can be reused, as long as the surface is cleaned (the cleaning method is simple, just wipe and dry with a damp cloth), it can be repeatedly peeled off for easy replacement of testing equipment, and then wrapped and sealed again for use;

8. Has good heat dissipation and thermal conductivity, with a heat dissipation coefficient greater than that of air medium; The live bare conductor protected by its insulation not only does not heat up, but also increases the heat dissipation surface area, so it can directly image and measure the temperature of the insulated protective equipment;

9. Long lifespan, guaranteed for 10 years, no detachment, and insulation strength not reduced;

10. Strong stretchability, after stretching ≤ 5 times the length, it can rebound to the original length before stretching when loosened. It can be used to protect any irregularly shaped electrical equipment screw contacts, thus solving the problem of inadequate on-site installation of prefabricated insulation covers. Truly serving the purpose of insulation.

11. Compared with insulation protection boxes made of other materials, it has the following advantages: low material cost, saving more than 1/2;

12. The waterproof level reaches IPX6. Vacuum insulation can be applied to the screw contacts of high and low voltage electrical equipment to prevent rusting, heating, and a decrease in current carrying capacity caused by acid and alkali corrosion in the air.

Note: Waterproof level IPX6: resistant to strong water spray, nozzle diameter 12.5mm, nozzle to shell surface distance: 2.5mm~3m, water flow rate: 100L/min ± 5%, time 1min/㎡ at least 3min, no water inflow or harmful effects.
