LGJ-12S (Electric Heating) Vacuum Freeze Drying Machine is a small vertical freeze drying equipment with shelf heating and programmable functions, suitable for laboratory use or small-scale production, and can meet the requirements of most laboratory routine freeze drying. It has a cold trap pre freezing function and uses a LCD touch screen to display the freeze-drying operation status and freeze-drying curve, including sample temperature, cold trap temperature, vacuum degree, and other freeze-drying curves. Widely used in fields such as life sciences, biological products, biopharmaceuticals, cosmetics, nanomaterials, superhard materials, and nutritional foods. The freeze-drying hood is equipped with 8 glue valves, each of which can hang a freeze-drying bottle. The vacuum state in the freeze-drying bottle can be controlled by controlling the switch of the glue valve. So after the freeze-drying bottle is rotated and frozen, it is directly hung on the glue valve, and the switch of the glue valve is opened to vacuum the sample in the freeze-drying bottle. 8 hanging bottles can be removed and hung at any time, improving the efficiency of freeze-drying.


Capping function: mainly used for freeze-drying liquid in penicillin bottles. Firstly, the liquid is filled into the penicillin bottle, and the rubber stopper of the penicillin bottle is covered (moisture sublimates through the gap of the rubber stopper and condenses into frost in the cold trap). It is then placed in the drying chamber of the freeze-drying machine to start freeze-drying according to the preset freeze-drying process. After freeze-drying is completed, the rubber stopper is compressed into the penicillin bottle under vacuum using a capping device to form freeze-dried powder injection, which is equivalent to vacuum packaging and can avoid secondary pollution caused by contact with air.
