Overview
On the basis of the conventional high-speed dynamic gas distribution instrument, an upgrade has been made to use fully imported MFC as the control element, with an accuracy better than ± 0.35% F.S. It can be matched with more than 60 types of media for use, and the medium type can be switched during the process. According to our company's special algorithm design, the instrument automatically distributes and outputs the desired concentration of standard gas. It can be used to mix single component standard gases or multi-component mixed standard gases.
