The ATG7500 laser pumped plasma ultra bright broadband light source from Aopu Tiancheng adopts an imported plasma light source, specially developed for customers who need powerful light sources with high spectral brightness and high output power (free space or through fiber optic). It is designed for systems with fiber optic connections and is compatible with the Aopu Tiancheng spectrometer series. It can generate stable wideband output spectra, covering the ultraviolet visible near-infrared band (190-2500nm), and the output spectral power density distribution is uniform. Effectively coupled into small diameter optical fibers while maintaining ultra-high brightness and spatial stability.

It can generate stable broadband output spectra, covering the ultraviolet visible near-infrared band (190-2500nm), and the output spectral power density distribution is uniform. Effectively coupled into small diameter optical fibers while maintaining ultra-high brightness and spatial stability. Compared with traditional gas discharge lamps (halogen lamps, xenon lamps, etc.), LDLS has the characteristics of a wider spectral range, longer service life, higher brightness (up to 185mW/(mm2. sr. nm)), and more stable output (0.15% STD).

The working principle of broadband plasma light source is mainly based on laser pumping technology. By continuously inputting a laser beam (65W/30W optional), the gas medium is excited to form plasma. The electrons inside the plasma jump to high energy levels under laser excitation, and then release photons when returning to the ground state, forming a broadband spectrum. Due to the multiple electron transition pathways involved in the luminescence mechanism of plasma, it can cover a wide spectral range from ultraviolet to infrared. And due to the absence of electrodes during the operation, the working life is significantly extended. This light source has the characteristics of high brightness, high stability, long lifespan, and wide spectral range, and is suitable for various application fields.
