1. Longlv provides customers with installation and commissioning services, as well as other technical consultations. If necessary, technical personnel can provide on-site technical training. If the customer has any technical questions, the technical personnel will provide a response within 4 hours.

2. Longlv products are designed and produced strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 international quality system, with a 1-year warranty for sensor products Instrument products come with a 3-year warranty, 7-day return and exchange, and lifetime maintenance. (Human damage is not covered by the warranty, and customized products without quality problems cannot be returned or replaced.)

3. For returns and exchanges caused by quality issues, Longlv will bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges. The cost of returns and exchanges for non quality issues will be borne by the customer.
Note: Quality issues refer to customized parameters such as functionality, size, specifications, installation methods, etc. that are not customized according to customer requirements, resulting in functional discrepancies, dimensional errors, and inaccurate accuracy (excluding within the error range).
Customized products require both parties to confirm the drawings before processing and production. If the product does not meet the customer's requirements, a written objection must be raised within two weeks. If the customer fails to raise an objection within the prescribed time limit, it will be deemed as acceptance.
If an objection is raised within the deadline and it is confirmed by both parties that it is a product quality issue or the production did not meet the requirements confirmed by both parties, it can be exchanged or refunded. If there are no quality issues and the shipping model is complete and correct compared to the contracted model, no return or exchange services will be provided.

4. Products that need to be returned to the factory for repair will receive test results within 3 working days and the repair will be completed within 7 working days.
