Function description:
The sealed oil cup transfer printing machine adopts the latest nanotechnology made tungsten steel oil cup ring knife, with a surface hardness of HRC63 degrees and high wear resistance, capable of withstanding nearly 3 million times of friction. This machine is more fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly than traditional oil pan machines.
This machine is a new type of oil cup machine specially developed for long workpieces, suitable for printing long patterns.
1. Microcomputer control, easy to operate, accurate and reliable in action.
2. Equipped with a four digit counter.
3. The body adopts high-quality steel frame structure, with high-temperature baked paint on the surface, lightweight and solid, beautiful and practical.
4. The up and down stroke and speed of the adhesive head can be independently adjusted.
5. Install a cylinder to push the oil cup, making it slide more smoothly.
6. Each ink tray holder can be independently adjusted for X, Y, and angle, ensuring accurate color matching and improving efficiency.
7. You can transfer ink twice to obtain larger printing ink.
8. It can prevent the ink from drying and solidifying when there is a slight pause without glue falling off the front and back blank lines.
9. The pneumatic components adopt German FESTO pneumatic components, and each action can independently adjust the speed.
