Function description:
This machine is specially developed for printing special plastic containers such as multi-color hoses and bottle caps, with a maximum printing speed of 3600 times. Its supporting equipment includes advanced modular programmable controllers and touch screen operation display control systems, servo fiber alignment systems (secondary printing), automatic feeding and unloading systems, flame processors, fast/slow mechanical synchronous conveying systems, "no bottle, no printing" sensors, and corner mechanical printing fixing systems.
Using a rotary mechanical synchronous conveying system, the printed parts rotate around the machine once on the pipe position to complete six color printing, and then combined with an optional large capacity automatic conveying feeder to form a high-speed production line. Its perfect design and equipment will definitely meet the printing requirements of customers for various wide mouth containers, especially special containers such as hoses, bottle caps, etc.
