LAS-XUP-VIS It is a 0.5m non-contact lens alignment and testing instrument designed from the ground for precision lens concentration and tilt measurement of single element, double lens, triple lens, and multi-element lens components. The radius range is from+/-1mm to infinity (plane), and the diameter ranges from 1mm to 1000mm, including spherical, non spherical, cylindrical, and parabolic surfaces. All of this can be measured quickly and easily with a single objective lens.

LAS-XUP-VIS ™ It is a medium-sized non-contact lens alignment and testing instrument designed from the ground for precision lens concentration and tilt measurement of single element, double lens, triple lens, and multi-element lens components. The radius range is from+/-1mm to infinity (plane), and the diameter ranges from 1mm to 1000mm, including spherical, non spherical, cylindrical, and parabolic surfaces. All of this can be measured quickly and easily with a single objective lens.


The core measurement technology is based on focused laser reflection (see LAS technology). Single mode fiber couples an external laser generator module (LGM) to a vertically mounted optical module (OM) on the tool, which accommodates focusing optics and large format array cameras. The software control of LGM allows for fast wavelength switching and optimization of beam power, resulting in excellent imaging of reflected beams with sub micron measurement accuracy. The design of LGM allows for two out of three visible wavelengths (blue, green, red)


User friendly Calculens ™ Assembling software is all LAS ™ Standardize the model and enable the computer to automatically measure the alignment error of individual lenses for rapid bottom-up assembly. Expanding measurement to multi-element lens components requires optional CalcuLens ™ The analysis software has added powerful detection capabilities to ensure the quality of finished lens components. Recently, CalcuSurf-1D has been added to the LAS TM series of products ™ The USB lever probe and analysis software greatly improve the portability and accuracy of initial settings, thereby increasing the utilization rate when frequently replacing lens components.
