Integrated rotor technology

The integral rotor is equipped with a large diameter integrated agitator, with a large and uniform feeding amount, and a simple and sturdy drive system. The Omnicut cutting device includes a 60cm diameter integral rotor that directly feeds the monitor into its crops, efficiently processing silage, grass, or straw. Less worn parts, easy to maintain.

OmniCut cutting device

The OmniCut cutting device is equipped with 23 blades, with a theoretical cutting length of 4.5cm. The working blade group (0-11-12-23) is selected through a hydraulic valve. Each blade is protected by hydraulic pressure.

Power Density Feeding System

The Power Density feeding system features a continuous rotation of the loader, with a feeding fork that not only loads the pre compression chamber but also transports the crops upwards to the baling chamber. These two functions are combined into one mechanism, making it simple and reliable. The feeding of the pre compression chamber and the bundling chamber does not require complex driving and reversing systems.
