The N6781A is a 2-quadrant source meter module (SMU) of the N6700 modular power system, designed specifically for battery consumption analysis. It outputs 20V/± 1A or 6V/± 3A, with a power of 20W, and is compatible with the N6700 C/N6705C host. It seamlessly switches measurement ranges and can accurately capture currents from nanoamps to amperes. Paired with 14585A software, it can achieve deeper power consumption analysis and provide a complete testing solution for portable battery powered devices.
