The weighing system generally consists of a fixed module, a semi floating module, and several floating modules. The semi floating module must be installed diagonally on the fixed module; The installation fulcrum of the fixed module will not produce horizontal displacement, so in the system design process, the pipeline and electrical connection parts should be close to this point; The semi floating and floating modules enable the system to move around a fixed point, eliminating the impact of container deformation on weight.
3On site installation precautions:
Please check the basic condition before installation: the plane drop of each installation point should be controlled within3mmWithin, the levelness of the same foundation surface should be controlled within1mm/mWithin, the basic bearing capacity requirement is greater than the range of the sensor.
1)After module installation, please loosen the limit screw and nut;
2)Loosen the nut downwards with the nutATighten the lower bearing plate while the washer on the nut falls down, allowing the carrier to shake freely.

4Connection between containers and pipelines:

a.The container itself is not affected by any external force and can shake freely;b.Use soft connections for pipelines and containers
Note: During the equipment debugging process, if there is a large angle deviation, poor instrument zeroing, or a small or unchanged weight value after weight loading, please check whether the module limit part is stuck or slightly affected by friction; Check if there is any external force affecting other hardware connections of the device, such as the impact of dead connections in pipelines on weighing.
