Design features
Product advantages
1. The maximum free path expands the aperture area through which it passes, thereby reducing the probability of blockage and increasing normal production time. The core design has at least two slots, which provides a more uniform volumetric density than a single slot design and minimizes pressure drop.
2. The anti hanging design can reduce sedimentation in the spray hole, minimize pollution problems and local aggregation to the greatest extent possible.
3. Tighten by hand with a pressure of up to 7000psi (450bar), simplifying maintenance and eliminating the need for tools.
4. The nozzle body with integrated check valve can prevent liquid from flowing into the tower.
5. The hygiene features include self drainage on the outer surface, smooth surface treatment, and no hygiene dead corners.
6Internally embedded vortex guide chamber, liquid forms a centrifugal hollow mist chisel through guide vanes under high pressure, with very small mist particles.
Durable and long-lasting construction
The nozzle body and nozzle cap are made of 303 stainless steel material, and the spray core and nozzle hole can be made of M-type and Y-shaped tungsten carbide materials, or other materials can be provided according to demand.

The KSKH type nozzle has 145 interchangeable nozzle hole inserts/core combinations;
At a pressure of 1000psi, the flow rate ranges from 3.9 to 151gph (at a pressure of 70bar, the flow rate ranges from 14.9 to 576I/hr);
The combination of high flow nozzle inserts/nozzles can be used at lower pressures to minimize wear on the nozzle and pump
