KRACHT VC5The series gear flowmeter is based on the principle of volumetric measurement, and achieves flow measurement through the rotation of a pair of high-precision meshing gears in the measurement chamber. After the measured medium enters the flowmeter, the gear is driven to rotate, and a fixed volume of medium is discharged every time the gear rotates. The gear speed is transmitted to the counter or sensor through a magnetic coupling device, and the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate are obtained after signal processing. This principle ensures that measurement accuracy is not significantly affected by changes in fluid viscosity, density, and other parameters, and is suitable for measuring high viscosity media
