The DV R pressure control valve is a type of guided pressure relief valve with external hydraulic activation. It allows for the control of system pressure without considering pressure losses occurring between valves and external control ports. Typical applications include pressure control in the grease circuit of diesel engines.

The function of KRACHT overflow valve:

1. Constant pressure overflow effect: In the quantitative pump throttling regulation system, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow rate. When the system pressure increases, it will reduce the flow demand. At this point, the overflow valve opens, allowing excess flow to overflow back into the oil tank, ensuring a constant inlet pressure of the overflow valve, i.e. a constant pump outlet pressure (the valve port often opens with pressure fluctuations).

2. Voltage stabilizing effect: The relief valve is connected in series on the return oil path, generating back pressure and increasing the stability of moving parts.

3. System unloading function: Connect a low flow solenoid valve in series with the remote control port of the overflow valve. When the solenoid is energized, the remote control port of the overflow valve is connected to the oil tank, and the hydraulic pump is unloaded. The overflow valve is currently used as an unloading valve.

4. Safety protection function: When the system is working normally, the valve is closed.
