
Structure and principle of pump
Our liquid ring vacuum pump consists of a circular casing and an impeller, which is installed in an eccentric position together with the casing. When an appropriate amount of water is placed in the casing and the impeller is rotated, the water moves while forming a circular water film concentric with the casing under the action of centrifugal force.
As a result, the water film and adjacent blades form a sealed space, and the volume of the space changes with the rotation of the impeller, continuously performing suction, compression, and exhaust, making it a very efficient pump.
Recently, in order to prevent various harmful gases contained in inhaled gases from dissolving or mixing with water and being discharged, there is also a method of sealed water circulation that does not directly flow out.
