The compact electromagnetic flowmeter integrates the sensors and converters of traditional electromagnetic flowmeters, with a compact appearance and flexible installation. It is operated by an infrared remote control, easy to install and debug, and widely used in various industries to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids with a conductivity greater than 2 μ S/cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive media. Execution standard: JB/T9248-2015 Electromagnetic flow sensor Product features: Infrared handheld operator, can be installed in small spaces, nominal diameter: DN6~DN65 Accuracy: Accuracy 0.5% pressure: -0.1MPa~6.3MPa medium temperature: 0 ℃~100 ℃ ambient temperature: -20 ℃~60 ℃
Performance characteristics
working principle
The low-frequency square wave excitation design adopted by the electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends in the figure generate a constant or alternating magnetic field. When a conductive medium flows through the electromagnetic flowmeter, an induced electromotive force can be detected between the left and right electrodes on the flowmeter tube wall. The magnitude of this induced electromotive force is proportional to the flow velocity of the conductive medium, the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field, and the conductor width (the inner diameter of the flowmeter measuring tube). The medium flow rate can be obtained through calculation.
