The Jig F106-1/2/3/4/5 series pull-out adhesion tester uses adhesive to attach the forging die to the coating. 106 applies force and pulls the forging die through internal springs, increasing the pulling force.
When the coating is pulled off the surface, the indicator on the dial will display the value of adhesion, expressed as the force applied per unit area to pull apart the forging die, using the Jig F106-1/2/3/4/5 series pull-out adhesion tester.
The determination of failure types requires inspection of the forging die surface using the Jig F106-1/2/3/4/5 series pull-out adhesion tester.
To provide sensitivity at low values or on uneven surfaces, a 40mm (1.52 ") forging die can be used for the ISO F106-1/2/3/4/5 series pull-out adhesion tester. When using, divide the scale reading by 4.
