The Jig 1506 is similar in use to the 1510 and has a sturdy instrument structure, used to test the elasticity, adhesion, and ductility of dry coatings on sheet metal.
There is a curved compression rod on the instrument frame, and its roller height can be adjusted. The sliding clamp can clamp the sample. The sample is regularly bent completely on different axes, decreasing the diameter of the selected axis until the desired effect is seen.
The instrument can be used with cylindrical shafts of different diameters, and the cylindrical shafts are easy to replace.
There are various cylindrical shafts with metric and imperial diameters to choose from. The cylindrical shaft is not supplied with the host and can be ordered as a set or separately. Please refer to the following list for details.
