The JT-5A pipeline leak detector adopts broadband sensing technology, digital audio signal processing technology Cortex-M ® Advanced technologies such as microprocessor embedded technology, graphical detection data processing and detection process, and user-friendly touch interface make it an effective detection instrument for inspecting pipelines and locating leaks. It has clear listening effects, is suitable for various working conditions, intelligent data analysis, and is reliable and stable.
The JT-5A pipeline leakage detector accurately locates the location of the leakage point by picking up the vibration signal generated by the damage and leakage of buried pressure pipelines through sensors.
The JT-5A pipeline leak detector is designed with two working modes: pipeline leak inspection and survey, and pipeline leak precise positioning, in order to achieve effective daily inspections and precise leak point positioning.
The JT-5A pipeline leak detector is designed with over 100 filtering frequency bands to choose from. Users can choose any set of frequency bands according to their actual needs to detect leakage signals, in order to meet the leakage detection needs of different scenarios such as backbone networks/regional networks/indoor pipelines.
In order to assist users in comparing the effective leakage values of different detection points, the JT-5A pipeline leakage detection instrument is designed with digital processing and analysis functions for detection data. By statistically analyzing the minimum maximum value of the leakage signal and displaying it on the instrument screen as effective value data and graphics, it is helpful for positioning and judgment.
