Jiangyin Kaicheng GourdThe turning type is an electric hoist that can be customized according to user needs and is suitable for circulating on circular tracks with smaller curvature radii, with a working level of M4 or above. The turning type Kaicheng gourd has the following characteristics:

1、 The lifting mechanism of the hoist is based on a double rope hoist, combined with a dedicated lifting device, which can achieve vertical lifting without horizontal displacement, thus ensuring the smoothness of workpiece lifting.

2、 The operating mechanism consists of two sets of turning devices and four small cars. Install one two wheel drive electric trolley and one driven trolley on each turning device to ensure smooth operation, no impact, and minimal shaking of the hoist.

3、 Each small car is equipped with a lateral guide wheel device to prevent friction between the wheel rim and the track during turning, effectively extending the service life of the wheel and track.

4、 The turning device consists of a two-stage turning mechanism, with one end connected to the hoist frame plate and the other end connected to the trolley. It can achieve the rotation of a single car itself or multiple cars together, and the rotation is flexible, which can greatly reduce the track radius requirements of the hoist for U-shaped or circular tracks.

The Kaicheng electric hoist, combined with a dedicated control system, can achieve fully automated production of multiple workstations on the entire assembly line.
