Jiangxi pneumatic torque wrench maintenance Jiangxi pneumatic torque wrench maintenance
Torque wrenches, as a precise tool for measuring and applying torque, play an important role in many fields and are widely used in industries such as automotive maintenance, mechanical manufacturing, electrical installation, and industrial production. It can ensure that the user accurately reaches the required torque value through the built-in spring scale or electronic sensor, effectively avoiding screws or nuts from being too tight or too loose, thus ensuring the safety and stability of the components.
Rich types to meet diverse needs
There are various types of torque wrenches, which can be divided into manual, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic torque wrenches according to their power sources. The manual torque wrench is affordable and suitable for ordinary operations with low precision requirements; Electric torque wrenches are driven by electric motors and have high torque. They are commonly used for tightening and disassembling large bolts, making them efficient and convenient; Pneumatic torque wrenches are driven by compressed air, which is fast and efficient, and perform well in the maintenance and installation of large equipment; Hydraulic torque wrenches rely on hydraulic drive, with high torque and precision, making them an ideal choice for high-strength bolt operations.
Proper use, optimal performance
When using a torque wrench, it is necessary to strictly follow the steps. Firstly, according to the requirements of measuring the workpiece, select a wrench with a moderate range, and the measured torque value should not be less than 20% of its range. Next, preset the torque value required for the workpiece, pull down the wrench handle lock ring, rotate the handle to adjust the main scale and differential scale, and release the lock ring after completion. Connect the wrench tenon and auxiliary accessories reliably, set the direction of force application, and quickly and continuously operate 5-6 times to fully lubricate the internal components. When applying force, install the corresponding socket, cover the fasteners, and slowly and steadily apply force in a direction perpendicular to the wrench housing until a "click" sound is heard. Stop applying force immediately and release it in a timely manner. The deviation of the force application process must meet the standard.
Careful maintenance to extend service life
Daily maintenance is essential for maintaining the accuracy of torque wrenches
