The static pressure characteristics of standard Intime linear guides cannot dampen vibrations. In order to effectively dampen vibrations, the linear guide system RUE-E requires the use of additional damping sliders RUDS-D, which are arranged in the middle of the load-bearing slider. However, in order to effectively dampen vibrations, the damping slider must be arranged at the position with the maximum amplitude, so it is necessary to have a good grasp of the vibration mode.
For applications that require high damping, dynamic stiffness, and load-bearing capacity through static pressure oil film damping vibration, a static pressure guide rail system can now be used, based on the validated roller linear guide rail system RUE. - E., size 45.
The static pressure guide rail system with preloading is a complete unit with excellent damping capacity and does not require additional damping components.
The bearing oil chamber of the functional slider is filled with hydraulic oil, and the inlet requires continuous and stable pressure. The integrated control valve has been set in the factory to ensure the optimal position of the slider on the guide rail. When pressure is applied, the floating clearance is 0.025mm. The bearing oil chamber of the Intime linear guide rail is filled with flowing pressure oil, and finally, the hydraulic oil is pumped back to the hydraulic circuit from the outlet.
