After installing the electrical proportional valve on the SMC proportional valve, power on the proportional valve and wait for the flashing numbers on the display to stop. If the word LOC appears on the display screen when pressing any key, it means we need to unlock it.
When the button with the downward triangle arrow is held down for more than 2 seconds, the word 'Loc' in the LED will flash. Press the SET key at this time to unlock the state.
3. Press the SET button, and a small pressure setting will appear (LED display shows F-1). After setting the small value using the lower and upper triangles, please press the SET button. It will appear (LED displays as F-2). After setting the maximum value using the lower and upper triangles, please press the SET key.
