The main unit adopts an imported high-pressure plunger pump to generate 7MPa high-pressure water, and the water pressure of the main unit is automatically adjusted through a water pressure sensor and a frequency converter. Can adapt to automatic constant pressure control with flow rates ranging from 100kg/h to 1200kg/h.

The control unit and system can adjust, display, and control various status points of the system using programmable controllers according to engineering needs, monitor all system functions to avoid faults and display faults. When the control unit is connected to an external humidity sensor or temperature sensor, as well as the servo mechanism of the external controller, it can form a fully automatic system.

The atomizing unit is made of ultra precision machined copper or stainless steel micro mist nozzle/can be equipped with ruby, which has the characteristics of fine spray, no wear and small pressure loss. Aperture: 0.10mm, 0.15mm; 0.2mm; 0.3mm spray amount: 4~7kg/h (when P=7MPa).
