According to the installation method of the kettle body and kettle cover, it can be divided into integrated pressure reaction kettle and split pressure reaction kettle

>The advantages of a split type pressure vessel include the ability to use larger or differently shaped mixing slurries, convenient discharge and cleaning of the reaction vessel, the need for O-rings to seal between the vessel body and vessel cover, and installation through special fastening fixtures. However, its pressure resistance is weaker than that of an integrated type
>The main advantage of the integrated pressure vessel is that it can withstand greater pressure, and the central threaded interface is # 25 specification
>Both types of reactors are available in jacketed and single-layer versions. The jacketed version is controlled by a JULABO heating and cooling cycle, while the single-layer version is controlled by a JULABO temperature controller paired with a heating jacket. Both can achieve ideal temperature control effects. By using a JULABO heating and cooling cycle to match the jacketed reactor body, continuous reactions from low to high temperatures can be achieved (-50 ℃~+200 ℃)
>Both types of reactors are equipped with bottom discharge valves and no bottom discharge valves. Customers can choose suitable testing tools based on the properties of the reactants
>The pressure protection kit ensures that the entire experimental process operates at safe pressure, equipped with a pressure gauge, adjustable relief valve, and rupture disc
>Complete accessories for the reaction kettle, including: constant pressure liquid addition funnel, stirrer, flexible stirring shaft, temperature control unit, thermometer sleeve
>JULABO Chemtron AR1.8 control software is optional, which can control and save reaction parameters, display parameter change curves, etc
