JSQ-01 Lock Counter for Ram Blowout Preventer

1、 Overview

The manual locking rod counter is suitable for counting the number of manual locking rotations of gate blowout preventers in the petroleum industry, and can also be used for counting the number of handwheel rotations in other industries. While using a rotary table to tighten the manual locking device, the counter accurately records the number of rotations and determines the real-time status of the opening (unlocking) and closing (locking) degree of the gate valve blowout preventer based on the number of rotations, facilitating subsequent blowout preventer switch operations. This counter can effectively solve the problem of the inability to confirm the status of the blowout preventer switch due to unclear manual locking device status on site.

3、 Structure and working principle

The counter is mainly composed of a housing, a heavy hammer block, a gear transmission mechanism, etc.

The counter adopts a gear transmission mechanism, and when the housing rotates, the pointer immediately rotates along with it. The pointer is used to indicate the angle of rotation of the case (less than one revolution). When the case rotates one revolution, the index of the counter changes by 1, indicating the total number of revolutions of the case. The number of turns the dial rotates to a certain position is: integer turns+non integer turn reading.

Reading indication:

Mechanical indication reading=full circle reading on the counter+reading indicated by pointer rotation

Digital indication reading=full circle reading on the counter+non full circle reading on the digital wheel (red)
