1. Before installation, carefully check whether the fan blades and casing are damaged or deformed due to transportation, otherwise they should be repaired before installation;
2. Check if the connecting bolts are loose. Before starting the fan, first check if there are any obstacles to rotation in the fan duct;
3. Check whether the insulation performance of the motor is good, and after connecting the power, check for friction, collision, and abnormal vibration;
There are many reasons for fan vibration, which can be checked from the following aspects:
a. The impeller rubs against the air duct and produces abnormal sounds and vibrations;
b. The bracket foot bolts are not tightened, which can also cause significant vibration;
c. The connecting bolts between the impeller and the shaft sleeve are loose;
d. Loose bolts connecting the bracket to the motor cause imbalance of the impeller and damage to the bearings, resulting in intense vibration.
If the motor temperature rises too high when running at room temperature, it may be caused by the following reasons:
a. The motor bearing is damaged and the fit clearance is small, which does not meet the requirements;
b. The installation of the shaft and bearings is skewed, and the two bearings have different axial degrees;
c. Low power supply voltage or three-phase motor running in phase failure;
