1、 Purpose:
The JRSM series hydraulic jack is a split type hydraulic jack with a smaller volume and greater working capacity, especially used in narrow spatial locations. It has the functions of lightweight, flexibility, and strong pushing force. This product is widely used in enterprises such as power, chemical, steel, bridge, machinery, etc.
1. When the oil level of the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add working oil (10 # engine oil) to the pump before it can work.
2. Estimate the lifting capacity and avoid overloading during use.
3. Determine the center of gravity of the lifting object, select the point of force for the jack, and also consider whether the ground is soft or hard and whether it is padded with tough wood to avoid

3. When the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to first add N33 # hydraulic oil that has been thoroughly filtered to the pump before it can work

4、 Precautions for ultra-thin hydraulic jack (split hydraulic jack)
1. If there is a phenomenon of empty tapping during use, you can first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, lift the pump body vertically and tap it downwards a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw to continue

4. New or long-term hydraulic jacks, due to the presence of a large amount of air in the cylinder, may experience slight jumps in the piston rod when they are first used. The hydraulic jack can be unloaded
Move back and forth 2-3 times to eliminate the air inside the chamber. Long term idle jacks, due to the long-term non operation of seals, cause hardening of seals, thereby affecting hydraulic jacks
The service life of the hydraulic jack is limited, so when not in use, the hydraulic jack should be moved back and forth 2-3 times a month without load.
5. The high-pressure oil pipe undergoes a 105Mpa (1050Kgf/cm2) test before leaving the factory. However, due to the easy aging of rubber hoses, users need to regularly check them, usually for six months, and use them frequently
The duration is three months. During inspection, use 87.5Mpa (875Kgf/cm2) for pressure testing. If there are any phenomena such as blasting, protrusion, leakage, etc., it cannot be used.
6. During operation, technical specifications should be strictly followed, and users should regularly inspect and maintain according to their usage.
