1、 Purpose:

2、 Usage method
1. When the oil level of the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add working oil (10 # engine oil) to the pump before it can work.
2. Estimate the lifting capacity and avoid overloading during use.
3. Determine the center of gravity of the lifting object, select the point of force for the jack, and consider whether the ground is soft or hard and whether it is cushioned with tough wood to avoid the risk of tipping during lifting.
4. After the jack lifts the heavy object, it should be supported firmly with tough wood in a timely manner. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support to avoid uneven load and the risk of tipping.
5. When using, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the top, then select the position and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to start working. Loosen the oil drain screw and unload the oil cylinder.

4、 Precautions
a) If there is a phenomenon of empty tapping during use, you can first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, lift the pump body vertically and tap downwards a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw, and continue to use.
b) When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the components.
c) This machine uses oil as the medium, and it is necessary to maintain the oil and this equipment properly to avoid clogging or oil leakage, which may affect the effectiveness of use.
d) A new or long-term hydraulic jack may experience a slight jump in the piston rod when it is first used due to the presence of a large amount of air in the cylinder. The hydraulic jack can be moved back and forth 2-3 times without load to eliminate the air in the chamber. Long term idle hydraulic jacks, due to the hardening of seals caused by long-term inactivity, affect the service life of hydraulic jacks. Therefore, when hydraulic jacks are not in use, they should be moved back and forth with no load 2-3 times a month
