Application scope

This furnace is a universal hot air device that is used in conjunction with drying equipment for various materials. Widely used for heating and dehumidification of grain, seeds, feed, fruit dehydration, vegetables, mushrooms, fungus, Tremella fuciformis, tea, tobacco and other products, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, light and heavy industrial products. It can also be used for heating various facilities and dehumidification in warehouses.

Working principle

This furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange through indirect heating technology at the high-temperature part of the furnace body. Smoke and air flow separately, with a thermal efficiency of up to 60-75%. It heats up quickly, has a small size, is easy to install, is reliable to use, and has a low price. High temperature resistance measures have been taken, greatly extending its lifespan compared to tube type hot air stoves. Longitudinal flushing of heat dissipation fins by flue gas and negative pressure exhaust methods have been adopted, ensuring that the heat exchange area does not accumulate dust and does not require cleaning, resulting in stable thermal performance. Various types of coal or wood can be used as fuel, and equipped with a secondary air inlet device for complete combustion. The technical and economic indicators of this furnace have reached a relatively high level in China.
