Overview:
The JLN-203 micro range torque sensor is mainly used for measuring micro range (below 5Nm) torque. When the torque measurement value is less than 5Nm, the friction torque of the supporting bearing of the rotating body becomes an unavoidable interference factor. This product overcomes the large volume of the displacement torque sensor Due to issues such as inaccurate bottom speed measurement, both power supply and measurement signals are transmitted using non-contact transmission methods, which are suitable for long-term use with low wear and require no maintenance. For different applications, speed testing can also be added to the sensor.

Installation requirements:
Due to the small range, it is advisable to avoid the influence of additional forces as much as possible during installation and limit the overload during measurement (overload ≤ 20%). When moving, it is strictly prohibited to hold the shaft head to avoid overloading the sensor.
To reduce the impact of gravity on the coupling, it is recommended that users use it vertically.
When measuring the output torque of an electric motor, connect the output shaft of the motor to the measuring end of the sensor, connect a DC generator to the other end of the sensor, and connect a sliding potentiometer to the output end of the generator. By changing the load current of the generator, the output torque of the tested motor can be adjusted.
When measuring the resistance torque of the load, connect the measuring end of the load device to the sensor, and connect the corresponding power motor to the other end of the sensor. Start the motor to detect the resistance torque of the load device.
